The CombiMaster® Plus is now available in the XS format. It offers the same performance as the other products in the series. With its volumetric size of just about 0.2 m3 (cubic-meter) , the smallest unit now fits into any professional kitchens.   The CombiMaster® Plus XS also offers sophisticated technology, a modern design and convincing user friendliness.   The large door opening is fitted with energy-saving triple-glazing, the panels of which open, making them easy to clean. The LED strips in the door also provide perfect visibility into the cooking cabinet. It is also equipped with the automatic cleaning function and is characterized by extraordinary robustness for top food quality.

You only need a little power, chemicals and water, and above all you will save on working time. The solid cleaning agent used is also particularly safe to handle.

Its small format offers flexible options.  Regardless of whether it is used as an attractive front cooking unit, as an additional station unit, or as a Combi-Duo – there is always the right solution for the CombiMaster® Plus XS.
